Stormy Mondays | Live Tedeschi Trucks Band Mix

This week we’re taking a look back at the Tedeschi Trucks Band’s career as a means of celebrating the recent release of Made Up Mind, their tight, polished new album.

The band has it all: virtuosity, power and soul and they know how to use what they’ve got. Case in point is the wicked opening track from this year’s Gathering of the Vibes, “Misunderstood,” off the new album, where Tedeschi Trucks played the most anticipated set of the weekend to a full field and totally crushed it. Also from the set is a great version of “The Sky Is Crying.” Then, from last summer, we have a pair of staples that work every time, “Bound For Glory” and “Midnight In Harlem,” and to finish is “Coming Home” from All Good, and from an NYC gig, a fantastic version of “Nobody’s Free” that gets lodged in my brain every time I hear it. Turn it up loud and as always, enjoy!
