St. Vincent Shares ‘The Melting Of The Sun’ Single

St. Vincent (Annie Clark) released a new single entitled “The Melting Of The Sun.” The track appears on the upcoming St. Vincent album, Daddy’s Home, due out on May 14 via Loma Vista Recordings.

“The Melting Of The Sun” joins the previously shared single, “Pay Your Way In Pain.” The two songs are among the 11 making up Daddy’s Home, which was co-produced by Clark and Jack Antonoff, who also worked with Clark on 2017’s Masseduction.

St. Vincent posted “The Melting Of The Sun” lyrics that pay “lyrical homage to a cast of St. Vincent inspirations — musical, personal and other.” Find the track and the lyrics below:
