See Spafford Play Funky New Song ‘Frog Gossip’ In Reno

Spafford shared pro-shot video of new song “Frog Gossip.” The footage is from the Arizona-based jam quartet’s November 1 concert at The Cypress in Reno, Nevada.

Spafford debuted “Frog Gossip” on May 31, 2023 at the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City, as per Spaffnerds. The Reno rendition of the tune came during the encore following a three-song first set (“Hollywood” > “Funkadelic,” “Mind’s Unchained”) and a five song second frame (“Lovesick Melody” > “Soil,” “Doghouse” > “Part II,” “Legend”).
