Watch Spafford Take ‘All My Friends’ Into ‘Bee Jam’ In Bozeman

Spafford brought their fall tour to Bozeman, Montana’s historic Rialto on Saturday. The jam quartet shared pro-shot video of the classic pairing “All My Friends” and “Bee Jam.”

Spafford debuted rocker “All My Friends” back in 2011 while the vibey “Bee Jam” arrived in the live repertoire a year later, as per Spaffnerds. The quartet — guitarist Brian Moss, bassist Jordan Fairless, drummer Nick Tkachyk and keyboardist Cory Schechtman — offered the companion songs at Bozeman’s Rialto on Saturday to kick off their second set.

The band ran through “All My Friends” in just over two minutes before exploring “Bee Jam” for nearly 20 — concluding with an infectiously funky groove. Watch Spafford take “All My Friends” into “Bee Jam” below:

Spaff launched the concert, which boasted two four-song sets and an encore, with a pairing of the dark jam vehicle “Diesel Driver” — off their 2022 album, Simple Mysteries — and “Todd’s Tots.” “Backdoor Funk” and the newly released song “Motel 6” rounded out the first frame.

Following the “All My Friends” > “Bee Jam” excursion, the quartet continued into the favorite “Electric Taco Stand” before sealing the second set with “Weasel.” Spafford returned to encore with Tears For Fears’ “Mad World.”
