Soundgarden: 2013 Winter Tour, ‘Been Away Too Long’ Video

SOUNDGARDEN ANNOUNCE WINTER 2013 NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES

Today, Soundgarden announce their Winter 2013 North American tour dates including two-night engagements in New York City, Toronto, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and, for the first time since the band reunited with their surprise show at the Showbox, Soundgarden will be playing two shows in their hometown of Seattle. Fan Club pre-sales begin on Monday, November 12 and tickets go on-sale to the public starting on Friday, November 16.
Soundgarden have also released a music video for “Been Away Too Long,” the first single from their new album King Animal today, available to watch below. The video, directed by the bands’ art director Josh Graham, was filmed in NYC at Abandon Palace.
The band has also announced a commemorative poster art design contest for the tour, asking fans to use the album title as the theme to create a ferocious and primal design that embodies the untamed disposition of a King Animal.
