New Festival Alert: Sound On Sound Reveals 2016 Lineup

The 2016 Sound On Sound music festival will take place November 4 – 6 at Sherwood Forest Faire in McDade, Texas. Organizers of the inaugural event taking place near Austin have revealed the lineup of acts heading to the Lonestar State later this year.

Among those at the top of the first-ever Sound On Sound bill are Beach House, Explosions In The Sky, Courtney Barnett, Mac Demarco, Phantogram, Run The Jewels, Big Boi, Purity Ring, Descendents, Death Grips, Young Thug and Thursday. The debut three-day event will also include performances by Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Bob Mould, Guided By Voices, Thundercat, Thee Oh Sees and many others.
