Snocaps, the new band formed by sisters Katie Crutchfield of Waxahatchee and Allison Crutchfield of Swearin’, made their live debut on last night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The twin siblings performed the song “Coast,” from their recently released self-titled debut album.

The Crutchfields recorded Snocaps with producer/engineer Brad Cook, who also played on the record. Another of Katie Crutchfield’s recent collaborators, MJ Lenderman, also appeared on the 13-track album.

Cook played bass and Lenderman drums for The Tonight Show appearance. Waxahatchee collaborator, guitarist Colin Croom, also participated. Katie Crutchfield played acoustic guitar and Allison Crutchfield played electric guitar while the two sahred vocals.

Snocaps will embark on their first tour next month. After the run of shows, Snocaps will “put the project on ice for the foreseeable future.” Waxahatchee and MJ Lenderman also scheduled a co-headline solo tour for April and May 2026.
