Snarky Puppy Fall Tour & Hartman Memorial With David Crosby
By Scott Bernstein Jul 27, 2015 • 12:40 pm PDT

Proceeds from the concert will benefit Hartman’s family. Here’s more information on the life of Eric Hartman:
Eric Hartman was a hugely respected engineer, having worked on Grammy Award-winning albums by Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, and Snarky Puppy, and records by producer Timbaland, David Crosby, Tamela Mann, Myron Butler & Levi, Martha Munizzi, Geno Young, Anthony Evans, The Funky Knuckles, Shaun Martin, and many more. He mixed almost every record on Snarky Puppy’s GroundUP Music label in addition to dozens more within the gospel/R&B scene in Dallas, which he was an integral part of. Eric was known for his patience, meticulousness, and likability. He passed away in late June and is survived by his wife and two daughters.
Tickets are available now via Ticketfly. Snarky Puppy’s relationship with David Crosby came after the famed singer-songwriter sang the band’s praises on Twitter. In addition to the benefit, Snarky Puppy has expanded their fall touring plans. See a full list of dates below.
