Wilco Taps Dr. Dog, MJ Lenderman, Waxahatchee & More For Sky Blue Sky 2026

Wilco laid out the lineup for their 2026 Sky Blue Sky destination event in Mexico including Dr. Dog, MJ Lenderman, Waxahatchee and more. The first Sky Blue Sky since 2023 is set to take place January 15 – 19 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico on the Riviera Maya.

Sky Blue Sky will feature three performances by Wilco. Along with Dr. Dog, MJ Lenderman & The Wind and Waxahatchee, Sky Blue Sky 2026 will see sets from Cameron Winter, Yo La Tengo, The Jayhawks, Jeff Tweedy, Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy & Friends Play R.E.M., Valerie June, Hurray for the Riff Raff and more.

“Every time we are asked to help curate one of these festivals it feels like a dream opportunity to gather up our families, invite some friends, old and new, and sing some songs by the sea,” Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy stated. “Truly a hard thing to argue with in terms of a good time. Want to join us? We hope you can. We’d love to see you. You might even see one of us in shorts. Not likely, but it’s your best shot.”

The extra musical activities during the event include morning yoga, poolside games, artist-hosted workshops and more. Guests can also book offsite excursions to explore the stunning and historic Riviera Maya region.

Sky Blue Sky is teaming with charitable organization Positive Legacy “to integrate live music and service by taking actions that positively impact the local community and the environment during the event.” Positive Legacy’s efforts in the Riviera Maya region include “emergency hunger relief, medical and school supplies, building playgrounds and community gardens, extensive beach cleanups, and improving the infrastructure of the largest turtle sanctuary in the Yucatan.”

A presale for returning Sky Blue Sky guests gets underway on Tuesday, June 24 with general onsales beginning on June 25 at 1 p.m. ET. First time guests can opt into the presale here.
