Sister Sparrow Performs For WFUV

Sister Sparrow released her latest studio album Gold via Thirty Tigers in October of last year. The blue-eyed soul singer stopped by the studios of New York City public radio station WFUV shortly after its release for a live session. Today, WFUV has shared two tunes from the in-studio performance that was recorded live in Studio A.

Backed by a multi-piece band, vocalist Arleigh Kincheloe offered up takes on the record’s title track as well as a version of “Frankie.” Watch Sister Sparrow’s perform for WFUV below:
