Scott Law & Ross James’ Cosmic Twang Announces ‘Cosmic Christmas’

The inaugural Cosmic Christmas will be held at The Chapel in San Francisco on Thursday night. Cosmic Christmas will feature Scott Law & Ross James’ Cosmic Twang joined by a bevy of special guests.

The concert will see Law & James augmented for sit-ins, guest performances and jams by Greg Loiacono (Mother Hips), Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz (ALO), Jason Crosby (Terrapin Family Band, Jimmy Herring), Alex Koford (Terrapin Family Band), Reed Mathis (Tea Leaf Green, Reed Mathis & Electric Beethoven), Isaiah Mitchell (Earthless, Golden Void) and more. Cosmic Christmas will also feature a liquid light show by the Mad Alchemy.

Cosmic Christmas will be the first in a series of shows curated at The Chapel by Ross James expected to feature a rotating cast of musicians. Look for the series to take place throughout 2018. “I’m really excited about this series of shows at the Chapel next year – each one will have a different flavor, but still carry on the same vibe,” said James of Cosmic Twang and The Terrapin Family Band. “They’ll be a very diverse rotating cast of some of the best players in the Bay Area along with guest DJ sets, acoustic music and the sickest liquid light show in town, provided by Mad Alchemy. The idea here is to curate a series of happenings or parties rather than just your run of the mill concert. A night every couple of months where all the freaks, hippies and punks in the area can come together to let it all hang out.”
