Sabrina Carpenter Perks Up ‘Tonight Show’ With Shot Of ‘Espresso’

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter returned to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday just weeks after her eventful August appearance on the NBC late-night talk show. This time, Carpenter performed her hit “Espresso” accompanied by a full band and backing vocalists.

“Espresso” is featured on the pop star’s new album, Short n' Sweet, which currently holds the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200 and spent three weeks atop the chart. Short n’ Sweet arrived on August 23, the day after her last visit to The Tonight Show.

Sabrina Carpenter released “Espresso” as a preview of her sixth studio album back in April. The single earned Carpenter the VMA for Song Of The Year last month.

The Girl Meets World star pulled off choreographed dance moves while performing “Espresso” and utilized Fallon’s desk for the routine. Carpenter was dressed in a sparkly silver dress as her band and vocalist wore white.

Sabrina Carpenter recently kicked off her Short n' Sweet tour of North America. Carpenter made her Madison Square Garden debut last Sunday, September 29.

The tour hits Baltimore’s CFG Bank Arena tomorrow, October 5. Sabrina Carpenter will perform at arenas across the U.S. and Canda through November 18.
