The 2016 Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival will be held at Stephens Lake Park in Columbia, Missouri on September 30 – October 2. Presented by U.S. Cellular, the initial lineup of musicians performing at this year’s event has been revealed.
The Avett Brothers, Grace Potter, Jason Isbell, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Ben Folds and St. Paul & The Broken Bones are among the artists confirmed to appear at the festival. Also scheduled to perform are The Devil Makes Three, Houndmouth, Shovels & Rope, Blues Traveler, The Mavericks, Sam Bush, The Oh Hellos, The Budos Band, The Blind Boys Of Alabama, Jackie Greene, Mike Farris, Southern Culture On The Skids, Rayland Baxter, Paul Thorn, Deke Dickerson, Broadway Blues and Music Maker Blues Revue. More acts will also be added.
In addition to the slate of live music, Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival also features BBQ from local and regional vendors, a Half-Marathon and 10K race on Saturday morning and a Sunday Gospel Celebration. Head here for more information and to purchase tickets.
