The Rolling Stones Perform ‘Get Off My Cloud’ In Arizona

The Rolling Stones performed “Get Off My Cloud” for the first time in 2019 last night at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. “Get Off My Cloud” won out in fan voting and was played as the fifth song in the Stones’ 19-song concert.

After opening with a run of “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Let’s Spend The Night Together” and “Tumbling Dice,” the legendary rockers trotted out “Sad Sad Sad” for just the fourth time since 2002. Next up was the return of “Get Off My Cloud,” which received more votes from fans than “She’s So Cold,” “Bitch” and “All Down The Line.” The Rolling Stones released “Get Off My Cloud” as a single in 1965.

Next up was “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” before the core members of the band assembled on the B-Stage for acoustic renditions of “Sweet Virginia” and “Dead Flowers.” The rest of the concert followed a similar pattern as other shows on the tour including a spotlight on guitarist Keith Richards for “You Got The Silver” and “Before They Make Me Run.” From there, the Stones threw down one classic after another leading to the encore of “Gimme Shelter” and “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.”

The tour concludes on Saturday night in Miami. Watch fan-shot video of “Get Off My Cloud” captured by dnewton98 below:
