Performances from Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters have been few and far between since he finished his record-breaking The Wall World Tour. While most of Roger’s The Wall shows took place at huge stadiums and arenas, he’s slated to play a small theater on Long Island with longtime collaborator GE Smith late next month.

GE Smith has announced a residency dubbed “Portraits” at the intimate Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor, New York this fall. On October 30 Smith will team with Waters for an acoustic performance. As of press time a handful of tickets are available via Ovation Tix.

Roger recently spoke with Rolling Stone and revealed he is composing a radio play that could double as an arena show. The article mentions Waters recorded demos of some of the new tunes he composed with producer Nigel Godrich a few weeks back. When asked whether he’d consider another full- scale tour, Waters responded “I’d like to do one more if I can. I think I’ve got one more in me.”
