Robert Randolph Provides A ‘Rig Rundown’

Sacred steel specialist Robert Randolph is the latest musician featured on Premier Guitar’s Rig Rundown series. Randolph gives a full description of his pedal steel, the effects he uses and more for host John Bohlinger.
Robert Randolph uses a custom 12-string pedal guitar. He’s able to garner wild tones out of his rig and musicians will appreciate getting an inside look at how the magic happens. Randolph also shows off his Jackson standup pedal steel guitar and a new axe made to his specifications by Asher Guitars. It’s a dobro-style guitar and is a prototype he’s only had for a few weeks.
