Robert Plant Announces June 2018 North American Tour Dates

Famed vocalist Robert Plant concluded his first North American tour of the year with The Sensational Space Shifters on Friday night in Los Angeles, but fans won’t have to wait long for the former Led Zeppelin frontman to return. Plant has confirmed a series of June dates featuring special guest openers.
The tour begins in Atlanta at a venue TBD with special guest Elle King on June 8. Then, Plant heads to Richmond for a show on the 10th that will also feature King. Robert Plant & The Sensational Space Shifters recruited Sheryl Crow to kick off the festivities at Merriweather Post Pavilion on the 12th, Forest Hills Stadium on the 13th and Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on the 15th.

On June 17, Robert Plant & The Sensational Space Shifters along with Jon Langford perform at Chicago’s Millenium Park Pritzker Pavilion and then Plant and his group head to Vail on the 19th, where Seth Lakeman opens. A special pairing is set for the Greek in Berkeley on the 21st as Jim James will offer a solo acoustic performance ahead of Robert Plant’s headlining set. Los Lobos will team with Plant for the next show, on the 23rd in Stateline, Nevada.
Plant and his band play the Arroyo Seco Music & Arts Festival on June 24th and then pair with Lucinda Williams at Edgefield in Troutdale, Oregon on the 26th and at Marymoor Park Amphitheatre in Redmond, Washingon on the 27th. The tour is currently scheduled to end at June 29th in Vancouver.

Spotify will send codes via email to “Plant’s biggest fans” on March 7 at 10 a.m. ET for pre-sales that run from 10 a.m. local time – 10 p.m. that same day. Local pre-sales follow on Thursday, March 8 from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. local. Remaining tickets to most confirmed shows will be released to the general public on Friday, March 9 at 10 a.m. local.
