Austin City Limits returns to the airwaves this Saturday, January 17 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on PBS with a double-bill featuring Reneé Rapp and Thee Sacred Souls. Both artists make their series debuts as the long-running live music television program resumes Season 51.

Reneé Rapp loads her portion of the hour with standout tracks from her sophomore album, BITE ME, which arrived on August 1, 2025. The singer/actress rolls through seven songs for her first ACL performance, including a memorable set-closing rendition of “Snow Angel,” the title track from her 2023 debut album.

Thee Sacred Souls mix material from their 2022 debut self-titled album and 2024’s Got A Story To Tell. Both LPs were issued on the acclaimed Daptone Records label. Based in Southern California, TSS — Alejandro Garcia, Salvador Samano and Josh Lane — put a modern spin on sweet-soul music. The trio took the Austin City Limits stage backed by a string section, background vocalists and full live band.
