RAQ Coming BAQ To Brooklyn Bowl

RAQ gigs have been few and far between in recent years, but NYC fans will have a chance to see this band in September. The quartet will play Brooklyn Bowl on September 11 with support from TAUK. 
The band currently consists of guitarist Chris Michetti, bassist Jay Burwick and keyboardist Todd Stoops. Kung Fu drummer Adrian Tramontano had been behind the kit for RAQ since their reunion a few years back, but is not expected to perform with the band in the wake of Stoops’ dismissal from Kung Fu. RAQ’s only gig of the summer took place on July 4 in Chicago, where The Werks drummer Rob Chafin played drums behind Michetti, Stoops and Burwick. No word yet on who will play drums for RAQ in Brooklyn. Tickets for RAQ/TAUK at Brooklyn Bowl go on sale this Friday, July 17 at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketfly.
