Railroad Earth Postpones Philadelphia, Washington DC & New York Concerts Due To COVID-19

The start of the band's most extensive tour in two years will have to wait.

Railroad Earth postponed this weekend’s concerts in Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Port Chester, New York as COVID-19 numbers continue to rise. The jamgrass act announced new dates for the Philadelphia and Port Chester shows with a new date for the stop in Washington D.C. expected soon.

RRE will now play The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on Saturday, March 19 before heading to Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia on Sunday, March 20. The run was supposed to start in Philadelphia on January 6 with stops at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. on January 7 and at The Capitol Theatre on January 8 to follow.

“We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you soon,” wrote the band in an announcement on its social feeds. Railroad Earth are currently slated to return to the road at Portland, Maine’s State Theatre on January 20.
