Railroad Earth released “Everything Keeps Changing,” the second offering from the band’s forthcoming studio album set for release later this year on Ineffable Records. Greensky Bluegrass' Paul Hoffman lent his distinctive vocals to the new single.
The bright, propulsive “Everything Keeps Changin'” finds the Northern New Jersey-birthed band in characteristically reflective form. Driven by a rolling groove and a sense of forward momentum, the song explores themes of change, renewal and perspective while staying firmly rooted in the bluegrass-and-rock blend that has defined the group’s sound for the past 25 years.
“Everything Keeps Changin'” comes on the heels of “Keep Your Eyes Open,” a recent single recorded in collaboration with Daniel Donato. More new music is expected in the coming months.
Railroad Earth has been celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2026. The band’s current spring tour makes its way across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions through May 10. While several summer and fall dates have already been confirmed, more are still to be added.
Read a note from Hoffman about the song and he relationship with RRE:
“railroad earth and greensky did a joint set in 2005 and i became enamored with the band. they brought us out on tour and since, we have shared years of memories and music. they have become a soundtrack for my life and the friendship we have shared for two decades. i was absolutely honored to participate on ‘everything keeps changin’. i’ve long been a fan of todd’s song writing and am so grateful to share lyrics on this great piece.”
