Pro-Shot Video: Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon & Sean Carey Perform ‘Babys’ Live At Michelberger Music

Last year Bon Iver members Justin Vernon and Sean Carey were among the more than 120 artists who participated in the Michelberger Music festival in Berlin, Germany. Official video footage of a song performed by Vernon and Carey has been posted.

Recorded at the Funkhaus Saal 2, Vernon and Carey each played piano on a rendition of the Bon Iver track “Babys.” The song was one of four that appeared on the 2009 Blood Bank EP. Watch Vernon and Carey’s performance below:

Bon Iver recently canceled the band’s upcoming European Tour and a planned appearance by Vernon on A Prairie Home Companion. The group cited “personal reasons” as the cause for scrapping the tour that had been set to start January 22 in Paris.
