Pro-Shot: Umphrey’s McGee Takes ‘#5’ Deep In Atlanta

Earlier this month Umphrey’s McGee kicked off their 2017 touring activity with a three-night stand at The Tabernacle in Atlanta. Today, the band has shared video of a beloved instrumental played on the final night of the run, January 15.

One of the highlights from the Sunday night show at The Tab was an extended rendition of “#5” performed within the first set. “#5” was debuted by UM in 2003 and more recently has become a springboard for improvisation.
