Guitarist Steve Kimock is currently in the middle of a tour with his new project featuring bassist Bobby Vega, drummer John Kimock and multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Leslie Mendelson. Yesterday, we premiered pro-shot footage of “Orson” from one of the tour’s first shows which took place at The Chapel in San Francisco on March 11. Today, we’re pleased to unveil a second live performance from K I M O C K’s visit to The Chapel.

“Satellite City” is a collaboration by K I M O C K and has become a staple of the group’s live sets. Steve Kimock wrote the song with John Kimock and Leslie Mendelson. Leslie starts the tune with a vocal melody and employs the crowd’s participation to sing along “like we’re just a bunch of owls.” Watch K I M O C K’s performance of “Satellite City” from March 11th at San Francisco’s The Chapel as captured by videographer Dan Friedman and Appleberry Jam:

In the video below, we watch as the quartet performs “Orson” at The Chapel. Steve and John wrote “Orson” as a companion piece to the material on the guitarist’s recently released Last Danger Of Frost album.
