Post Malone & Jelly Roll Finally Kick Off 2026 Joint Tour In Charlotte

Post Malone and Jelly Roll launched The BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2 last night with a concert in Charlotte. The joint trek started three weeks later than originally scheduled after Malone canceled the first six shows to give him time to work on his next album.

North Carolina native Carter Faith took the stage first at Bank Of America Stadium. Faith nodded to the main residents of the venue by wearing a dress in the same light blue color as the Carolina Panthers’ jerseys. The songstress mixed songs from her 2025 debut album, Cherry Valley, with covers of James Taylor’s “Carolina In My Mind” and Britney Spears’ “Oops!… I Did It Again.”

Jelly Roll was up next and advised the crowd he nearly had to cancel after coming down with a major sinus infection. The country superstar revealed his condition while responding to a fan in the crowd holding a sign that read, “I’m Not OK — Suicide Survivor,” as per the Charlotte Observer’s report. He then dedicated “I Am Not Okay” to the fan.

The penultimate set also featured lighter moments, including a medley combining portions of six songs from the late ’90s and early ’00s. Jelly Roll mashed up Black Eyed Peas’ “Where Is The Love” with “Higher” by Creed, TLC’s “No Scrubs,” Snoop Dogg’s “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” Rage Against The Machine’s “Killing In The Name” and “I Want It That Way” by Backstreet Boys.

Post Malone ended the concert with a 22-song, 110-minute set. The cigarette-smoking crooner provided an update on The Eternal Buzz, his forthcoming album which led to the tour’s delay.

“I understand it’s been a minute since new music. This new record is 99% fucking done, and I can’t wait for everybody to fucking listen to it very soon,” Posty proclaimed.

He also hit back at rumors he postponed the tour due to ticket sales. “You know, it’s been a whole bit, I suppose, but this looks like a fucking stadium full of beautiful people and I can’t say thank you enough ladies and gentlemen,” Malone added.

The setlist for Post Malone’s set in Charlotte was nearly identical to those he used for the 2025 leg of The BIG ASS Stadium Tour. Malone went heavy on material from his latest album, 2025’s F-1 Trillion, with six tracks played at Bank Of America Stadium. He also looked back to his previous albums for songs off 2019’s Hollywood’s Bleeding, 2018’s Beerbongs & Bentleys, 2022’s Twelve Carat Toothache and 2023’s Austin.

Post Malone also delivered a cover of Morgan Wallen’s “I Ain’t Comin’ Back” mid-show. He then plucked a fan from the audience to play guitar on “Feeling Whitney.” Posty went solo on “Losers” instead of the traditional duet with Jelly Roll, likely due to the latter’s illness. The show concluded with the pairing of “Sunflower” and “Congratulations.”
