Pink Talking Fish To Play Fare Thee Well Pre & After-Shows

UPDATE 2 (3/31 11 a.m. PT): Tickets to the July 4 “Pink Talking Fish Are Dead” in Chicago sold out, so organizers have added a third performance. The newly-added performances takes place at Reggie’s in Chicago betwee 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on July 5 before the final Fare Thee Well show. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketfly.

UPDATE (3/19 10:15 a.m. PT): After tickets to the “Pink Talking Fish Are Dead” late night performance sold out the day the show was announced, organizers have added a second “Pink Talking Fish Are Dead” show. The newly-added performance takes place at Reggie’s in Chicago between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on July 4 before members of the Grateful Dead and others take the stage at Soldier Field for their second of three Fare Thee Well shows. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketfly.

While Pink Talking Fish typically performs songs from the Pink Floyd, Phish and Talking Heads’ catalogues they will add a fourth band to the mix for a special Fare Thee Well after-show in Chicago on July 4 after Phil, Mickey, Bobby, Billy, Trey, Bruce & Jeff play at Soldier Field.

Pink Talking Fish’s “Pink Talking Fish Are Dead” performance at Reggie’s Rock Club in Chicago will find the tribute act performing Grateful Dead tunes in addition to the usual mix. The venue is a 20 minute walk to/from Soldier Field and will also be offering free Shuttle Bus service to the stadium.
