Listen To Pink Talking Fish Honor Taylor Hawkins With ‘Times Like These’ Cover

Pink Talking Fish paid tribute to late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins by debuting a cover of “Times Like These” during their first concert following Hawkins' tragic death. The quartet shared official audio featuring their “Times Like These” premiere from The Wellmont Theater in Montclair, New Jersey on April 2.

One of Foo Fighters’ best-known songs, “Times Like These” was penned by Hawkins, Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel and Chris Shiflett for inclusion on the band’s 2002 studio album, One By One. Pink Talking Fish broke from their usual mix of Phish, Talking Heads and Pink Floyd covers in Montclair at their first show after Hawkins passed away on March 25. The group dedicated the entire concert to Hawkins, who they noted was “one of the greatest drummers ever to walk the face of the earth.”
