Phish’s Trey Anastasio Shares ‘43 Weeks Later At MSG’ ‘Beacon Jams’ Video Intro

Phish’s Trey Anastasio shared his “43 Weeks Later” At Madison Square Garden video intro. The clip led into Anastasio’s Beacon Jams livestream on Friday night.

The video was a Halloween mini-gag of sorts that imagined the Phish guitarist had remained stuck on his platform after the mishap that happened during the band’s 2019/2020 New Year’s Eve gag at Madison Square Garden. In the visual, a bedraggled Anastasio finally comes down “43 Weeks Later” — a la the zombie film 28 Days Later, complete with the band jamming the iconic song from the film — and then follows a trail of easter eggs through an empty, pandemic stricken New York City to the Beacon Theatre and finds a surprise waiting for him.
