A Phish festival tradition continued this past weekend when The Bunny aired three From The Archives installments. Each From The Archives installment found Phish archivist Kevin Shapiro digging deep into the band’s vault to broadcast gems from Phish history.

Shapiro pulled tracks dating back as far as from keyboardist Page McConnell’s second full show in 1985 through 2000, the last year before Phish starting selling official recordings of each concert they played. Included among the many winning moments in Phish history Shapiro broadcast were a famed “Mike’s Song” -> “Simple” segment from Ann Arbor in 1994, an insane “Bathtub Gin” -> “Makisupa Policeman” -> “AC/DC Bag” sequence from Dallas in 1997, the only deeply jammed “Character Zero” (Hartford ’97) and a top shelf “Harry Hood” from St. Petersburg in 1994.
