Phish announced the third installment in their Dinner And A Movie livestream replay series. On Tuesday, April 7 at 8:30 ET the band will air their July 25, 2017 show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, the fourth concert of their famed Baker’s Dozen run and the legendary “Jam-Filled” night.

Donations for the third installment will head to Volunteers In Medicine America, founded by Page McConnell‘s father Dr. Jack McConnell. VIM America has helped local communities “build a national network of free health care clinics to care for the uninsured and medically underserved, emphasizing the use of retired medical and community volunteers,” a statement read. Many VIM America volunteers are on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic. Donations can be made through Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation or directly to VIM America here.

The dinner part of this week’s replay comes from Page as well. As always the band urges people to be safe and smart about social distancing and to not feel the need to go out and buy ingredients. The recipe for Page’s Classic Tuna Sandwich can be found below along with a little message from the keyboardist:

Ok. It’s true. I do like sandwiches. That said, I have no idea where the whole “Page loves sandwiches” thing started. Perhaps someone asked me if I like sandwiches. I would have said, “yes.” But, I don’t know a lot of folks who don’t like sandwiches. Sorry to digress from the recipe, but I kind of felt like this had to be addressed up front, the elephant in the room, if you will.
