Phish Focused Online Course Returns This Summer

Last summer Oregon State University hosted the first college class dedicated to jam titans Phish. OSU has announced the return of the class, Philosophy Of Phish, for a second session this summer. 
The course will once again be taught by Dr. Stephanie Jenkins. This special section of PHL 360: Philosophy And The Arts runs for eight weeks beginning on June 22. Phish.net notes, “Along with readings from philosophers such as Kant, Tolstoy, and Nietzsche, students will be required to attend concerts during the band’s 2015 summer tour in person or via webcast and analyze their experience in written assignments.” Registration for the online class is currently open here.
