Phish Selects Arrowhead Ranch 1991 Concert For Final ‘Dinner And A Movie’

Phish announced their July 20, 1991 concert at Arrowhead Ranch in New York State as the final installment of the Dinner And A Movie archival webcast series. The show will air Tuesday, June 29 at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT via Phish’s YouTube channel.

“With real live tour dates on the horizon, it’s time to put our Dinner And A Movie series in the freezer,” as per a statement on Phish.com. “Thanks to everyone who tuned in, donated and ate dinner with us!” Fittingly, the final Dinner And A Movie show contains the first appearance of the song “Dinner And A Movie” and also features the Giant Country Horns.

The “Dinner” portion of the evening is provided by New Orleans Mid-City Restaurant Zasu, owned by James Beard Award-winning chef Sue Zemanick. Zasu comes from the Slovak word “Zasa,” which means “once again.” The restaurant serves cuisine inspired by Sue’s Slovak heritage and the three course dinner for the evening features Coconut Curry Corn Soup, Spicy Tofu Larb Lettuce Wraps and a Blueberry Creme Fraiche Pound Cake.
