NYE At MSG: Phish Confirms 2025 New Year’s Eve Run At Madison Square Garden

A holiday tradition will continue when Phish returns to Madison Square Garden in New York City for their 2025 New Year’s Eve run. The band booked the arena for performances on December 28, 29, 30 and 31.

The four-night stand will be the band’s 88th – 91st shows at MSG, where they first played on December 30, 1994. Phish celebrated New Year’s Eve at The Garden each year since 2010, save for 2014 in Miami and pandemic years of 2020 and 2021. Guitarist Trey Anastasio, bassist Mike Gordon, keyboardist Page McConnell and drummer Jon Fishman also celebrated New Year’s Eve at MSG in 1995, 1997, 1998 and 2002.

Registration for a pre-sale ticket lottery is currently underway through Phish Ticketing. Entries must be received by Monday, September 22 at 12 p.m. ET. A limited allotment of hotel/ticket travel packages go on sale on Wednesday, September 17 at 12 p.m. ET.

Phish MSG NYE 2025 tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, September 26 at 12 p.m. ET.

Phish’s brief run of September 2025 Tour dates is underway following debuts at Bourbon & Beyond in Louisville and at Birmingham’s Coca-Cola Amphitheater. The band begins a two-night run in Alpharetta, Georgia, tonight which will be followed by a long-awaited return to the Hampton Coliseum for three shows starting Friday.
