Phil Lesh & Friends returned to Central Park’s SummerStage in New York City last night with a band featuring the Grateful Dead bassist joined by members of the Chris Robinson Brotherhood and guitarist Eric Krasno. The show held extra meaning to Krasno as he first played with Lesh just about a hundred yards from SummerStage back in November of 2013. Chris Robinson did the bulk of the singing, while Krasno shared lead guitar duties with Neal Casal. The ensemble tore through a number of Dead classics as well as covers of “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds” and “Catfish John.” Check out Adam McCullough’s photos, the setlist and videos below.
