Pearl Jam Shares Guest-Filled ‘Search & Destroy’ Cover: Pro-Shot Video

On August 10, Seattle rockers Pearl Jam played the second of two “Home Shows” at Safeco Field in their hometown. Today, the band unveiled pro-shot video featuring a The Stooges cover they performed that night with the help of three guests.

Pearl Jam recruited Mark Arm and Steve Turner of Mudhoney and Soundgarden’s Kim Thayil to contribute to their rendition of “Search & Destroy” by Iggy Pop’s legendary band. The cover came in the middle of Eddie Vedder & Co.’s second encore. All three musicians stuck around for a take on Dead Boys’ “Sonic Reducer.” Watch pro-shot video of “Search & Destroy” below:
