Pavement came to Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas on Friday ahead of their performance at Levitation Festival in Austin. The Dallas concert saw the band dusting off off the location-appropriate “Texas Never Whispers” for the first time since 1997.

The track off Pavement’s 1992 EP, Watery, Domestic, came in the 19th slot of the band’s 27-song concert. Played 20 times in ’92, according to SetlistFM stats, “Texas Never Whispers” saw just five more performances leading up to the Dallas show. Pavement last played the song on March 13, 1997 in Belgium.
