Paul Simon Shares ‘René And Georgette Magritte With Their Dog After The War’ Single

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Paul Simon is slated to release a new album entitled In The Blue Light featuring new recordings of “personal favorites from his body of work.” The record due out on September 7 includes an updated arrangement of the newly shared single “René And Georgette Magritte With Their Dog After The War.”

Simon first issued “René And Georgette Magritte With Their Dog After The War” on his 1983 album Hearts And Bones. The song is one of the 10 tracks on In The Blue Light, which was produced by Roy Halee and features contributions from Wynton Marsalis, Bill Frisell, Jack DeJohnette, Steve Gadd and yMusic.
