Paul McCartney Announces European Tour 2020

Paul McCartney will bring his Freshen Up Tour to Europe in 2020. McCartney added shows in France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and The Netherlands before his previously announced headlining appearance at the U.K.’s Glastonbury festival.

The 2020 leg of the tour is currently slated to begin at Pierre Mauroy Stadium in Lille, France on May 23. Paul stays in France for a show in Paris on May 26 before heading to The Netherlands for a concert at Goffert Park in Nijmegen on May 29. It’s then back to France for a performance at Stadium Matmut in Bordeaux on May 31. Next up for McCartney is a trip to Germany for a show at Hannover’s HDI Arena on June 4. The final date in France as of press time will take place at Lyon’s Groupama Stadium on June 7.

Paul McCartney continues the tour with a swing through Italy for shows in Naples on June 10 and Lucca on June 13. Finally, Macca headlines the TW Classic Festival in Werchter, Belgium on June 21 and Glastonbury in Pilton, England on June 27. Tickets for the shows in Italy went on sale today with tickets for the concerts in Germany, Italy and The Netherlands available starting this Friday, November 29 at 10 a.m. local time and the shows in France to follow on Wednesday, December 4 at 10 a.m. local time.
