For the past week or so, Paul McCartney has been hinting at the forthcoming release of new music on his social accounts including a number of Instagram posts. McCartney has now revealed he will issue the long-awaited follow-up to 2013’s New this fall via Capitol Records. The first tastes of the new LP will come in the form of a double A-Side single due tomorrow, June 20.
The Double A-Side single will feature the tracks “I Don’t Know” and “Come On To Me.” While the former is described in a press release as “being a plaintive, soul-soothing ballad as only Paul can deliver,” the latter is said to be “a raucous stomper that fans that first spark of chemistry into a rocking blaze.”
