Octave Cat Releases New Single Ahead Of Tour

Trio Octave Cat features Jesse Miller of Lotus, Eli Winderman of Dopapod and Charlie Patierno. Octave Cat hits the road for a spring tour starting on Thursday, March 22 and has unveiled a new single ahead of the run.

“Precarious” was recorded and mixed at Miner Street Studio in Philadelphia and is available via the trio’s Bandcamp. The track is built around a hard-hitting synth riff and shows off the trio’s penchant for combining ’70s funk and jazz influences into a signature sound all their own.

Octave Cat begins the run in Richmond on Thursday and continues on through the end of March with visits to Washington D.C., Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Covington, Kalamazoo and Chicago.
