NiFi Festival Announces Inaugural Lineup

The new NiFi Festival will debut August 28 – 30 at Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, Kentucky. Organizers including Nitro Fidelity and Speedway Motorsports Inc. (SMI) have announced the lineup for the first of their NiFi produced events.




Headlining the inaugural three-day fest are Green Day, Kings Of Leon and Miranda Lambert. Other acts slated to appear at Kentucky Speedway include Gov’t Mule, Weezer, Spoon, The New Pornographers, Built To Spill, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and many more. On-site car camping is included in the ticket price, with other tiers of camping options available for additional fees. Tickets and camping upgrades go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 28.




The Kentucky Speedway NiFi Festival is planned to be the first of several held at SMI owned raceways. Next year similar events are expected to be held in Dallas at the Texas Motor Speedway and in Charlotte at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, with up to five festivals held at SMI racetracks such as Sonoma Raceway in California and Atlanta Speedway in Georgia in subsequent years.
