Phish fan Brian V is among many of the band’s followers in that he’ll often skip past composed sections of songs to get to the jams. With that in mind he created Phish Just Jams which presents the music of Phish with the lyrics and composed sections removed, so you can get just to the jams.

“I find it distracting to hear lyrics when I am working or reading, so I would often listen to a compilation that someone (“dug”) put together back in 1998 of Phish jams from the Fall of ’97. After years of listening to this compilation I decided to do the same thing for Phish in 3.0. After I finished that project I went back and attacked the years from 1993-2003. While I was working on those older tracks my brother took over cutting up the tracks from their current tours,” Brian said about the new website.

Upon launch the site contains 2,044 tracks featuring 330 hours or more than 13 days worth of music. There’s tracks from each touring year of Phish dating back to 1993 and the site complies with the band’s taping policy. At the top of the site, you can sort jams by year, tour, song and even duration.

Head to Phish Just Jams to give it a shot.
