New Phish Album To Be Variation Of Wingsuit

“What we did on Halloween was not exactly. . .it was a lot of what the album is, but not exactly the same of what it’s going to be. It might be a slightly different song selection and a slightly different title. It’s not all figured out, but since that week in Nashville, I’ve been kind of out of the loop, although I am going back for something,” Gordon told Rolling Stone’s Patrick Doyle. He does mention two songs he wrote with Scott Murawski have made the cut and says Phish had a great week in Nashville following Halloween recording the album. Phish left room for such changes to arise by noting in the Playbill distributed to fans in Atlantic City that the album was “tentatively titled” Wingsuit and that “the majority (of songs) will end up on the new Phish album.”
