New Phil Lesh Band Communion Plots Return To Terrapin

When Phil Lesh was asked to play Dear Jerry, a tribute to Jerry Garcia held at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Maryland on May 14, the band he picked to perform with at the event was Communion. Phil debuted Communion in January and he has high hopes for the ensemble. Communion has announced their next two-set show will take place at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, California May 19.

The Grateful Dead bassist is joined by guitarists Stu Allen, Ross James and Grahame Lesh in Communion along with keyboardist Scott Guberman and drummer Alex Koford. Tickets for Communion’s return to Terrapin Crossroads are on sale now at the venue’s box office and via its online store.
