This Saturday night, May 13, English funk quartet The New Mastersounds will conclude a run of shows at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City with a concert that will include a guest-filled tribute to the late Melvin Sparks. If you can’t make it to Brooklyn Bowl in person, there’s an option to watch from home or wherever you have an internet connection.

nugs.net will host a webcast of Saturday night’s New Mastersounds show live from Brooklyn. The New Mastersounds will be joined for the tribute by Melvin’s organist Reuben Wilson, horn players Neal Sugarman and David Guy, Sparks’ guitar protégé Solomon Hicks and Bill Carbone, who played drums in Melvin’s band. The webcast, which begins at 8 p.m. ET, is currently available for pre-order.
