Neil Young released the fifth installment of his Fireside Sessions video series. Young dubbed the latest video the “Barnyard Edition” due to the location where the 28-minute clip was filmed by his wife, Daryl Hannah.

The 74-year-old musician had a crowd for his latest video, a bunch of chickens that assembled at his feet as he performed. Neil’s “Barnyard Edition” starts with Young on ukulele for “Tumbleweed,” a song from 2014’s Storytone that served as the encore for all ten of his solo shows last year. He then straps on an acoustic for “Homegrown,” the title track of his “lost” 1974 studio album that will finally get an official release next month. A bit of “Speakin’ Out” performed as an instrumental comes next.

Young continues on with a double dose of 1972’s Harvest by performing the title track and the beloved “Old Man.” A commercial for water, a signature feature of Fireside Sessions videos, follows. Neil then gets the chickens really excited with his rendition of his early classic “Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere.” The video ends with a performance of Harvest Moon tune “Man Of War.”

The “Barnyard Edition” and all Fireside Sessions are available for free on the Neil Young Archives website. The videos need to be watched on desktop for those who don’t subscribe to the site. Head here to view Neil Young’s latest Fireside Sessions clip. Neil has yet to repeat a song in the series.
