Neil Diamond Performs Christmas Medley & ‘Sweet Christmastime’ On ‘Late Late Show’

Last night’s episode of The Late Late Show featured a special performance by Neil Diamond. The legendary singer-songwriter performed a medley of classic Christmas songs to and reworked one of hits into a Christmas tune with the help of host James Corden.

Corden and Diamond offered a duet arrangement of “Sweet Caroline” but with reworked “Sweet Christmastime” lyrics. The show also featured Diamond performing a medley of Christmas songs while backed by Don Was on bass, Kenny Aronoff on drums and others. The medley saw the singer run through such favorites as “Christmas Is A Coming (The Rooster Crows At Midnight)” and “We Wish You A Merry Christmas.” Watch both performances below:
