Last Friday saw the release of CHUCK, the final album recorded by late rock ‘n’ roll pioneer Chuck Berry. Among the guests featured on the album were the iconic guitarist’s son Charles Berry Jr. and grandson Charles Berry III, as well as Nathaniel Rateliff, who came together for a performance on last night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Backed by The Roots, Rateliff and the Berrys offered a take on the CHUCK single “Big Boys.” The song is one of 10 tracks on the new album, which was recorded at studios located in Chuck Berry’s hometown of St. Louis. Berry, who passed away earlier this year at the age of 90, had not released a new record since his LP Rock It was issued in 1979.
