GoPro Mountains Of Music Taps Dispatch, Lotus, Daniel Donato & More For 2024 Lineup

Dispatch, Xavier Rudd, Lotus and Daniel Donato‘s Cosmic Country headline the 2024 Mountains of Music concert series. The shows will take place at the idyllic Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, aka “The Amp,” in Vail, Colorado June 6 – 8 during the GoPro Mountain Games.

The annual GoPro Mountain Games is a four-day (June 6 – 9) celebration of athletes, art, music and mountains that brings over 4,000 athletes and 90,000 attendees to Vail. The nonprofit Vail Valley Foundation hosts the event and Mountains of Music concert series, which also includes free daily daytime performances at Mountain House Gear Town (Vail Village) and The Hangout (Golden Peak).

Mountains of Music 2024 begins with Xavier Rudd and Mike Love taking The Amp stage on Thursday, June 6. Lotus and Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country will play the scenic venue on Friday, June 7. Finally, Dispatch’s lone Colorado show of 2024 will come at The Amp on Saturday, June 8. Leftover Salmon’s Andy Thorn & Friends will kick off the action on the 8th ahead of the Dispatch performance.

“We’re fired up about this lineup for Mountains of Music, and also to offer these concerts at very reasonable ticket prices,” noted event director Dave Dressman. “For Dispatch and Andy Thorn, it’s a return to our beautiful Amphitheater, where they no doubt have fond memories of absolutely amazing shows. For Xavier Rudd, this marks his 3rd appearance at the Mountain Games, however, he has never played at The Amp as both of his prior shows took place in Vail Village.”

Gates open at 6 p.m. each night ahead of the 7 p.m. show time. Rocky Mountain Grateful Dead Revue, Rapidgrass, Shakedown Family Band, Mama Magnolia, Daniel Rodriguez and others will perform free daytime music sets.
