Mountain Man Announces 1st Tour In 6 Years

Last week, Mountain Man finally confirmed the upcoming release of the follow-up to their 2010 debut album Made The Harbor. Today, the trio announced a tour in support of Magic Ship, a 14-song record due September 21 via Nonesuch Records.
The band consisting of Alexandra Sauser-Monnig, Molly Sarlé and Sylvan Esso’s Amelia Meath kick off their first tour in six years at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue in Washington D.C. on October 22. Mountain Man then brings the run to Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Cambridge, Ann Arbor, Chicago, Minneapolis, Omaha and Denver.

Next up is a West Coast swing featuring stops in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Mountain Man are currently scheduled to end the tour at Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw, North Carolina on November 17. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, August 17 at 12 p.m. ET.
